User Acquisition For Mobile Game

Prepare performance reports and provide data- driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Work cross- functionally with relevant teams to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
Plan, execute, and manage User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, and others.
Conduct market research on mobile game trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate closely with the Creative team to propose, test, and iterate on ad creatives that resonate with target players.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.

Detail- oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the Game or App industry.
Good English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+).
Long- term career interest in the Mobile Game and User Acquisition field.
Foundational knowledge of digital advertising and user acquisition principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Creative thinking in proposing ad concepts and campaign testing strategies.
Proactive, accountable, and growth- oriented work attitude.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively with data and performance metrics.
Proactive learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
