Specializing in Astrology, Horoscope, Spirituality, and Tarot, our advisors offer accurate, insightful guidance to users globally through our app, which allows instant chat or call consultations.
The Job
This role will play a key part in testing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to acquire high- quality users for the Salvia app.
As we are expanding into new markets and building a new growth- focused team, we are looking for a Performance Marketing / User Acquisition to help drive user growth and scale our acquisition channels effectively.
Responsibilities
● Work closely with content and creative teams to develop high- performing ad creatives.
● Drive app installs and qualified users while meeting cost and performance targets.
● Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other relevant platforms.
● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance on a regular basis
● Support user acquisition strategies for new markets by researching user behavior, competitors, and channel opportunities.
● Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and funnels to improve performance

Requirements
● Experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing (app experience is a plus).
● Interest in Tarot, Astrology, or Spiritual products is a bonus (but not required).
● Hands- on experience running paid ads on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
● Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and performance metrics.
● Interest in mobile apps, digital products, or subscription- based services is a plus.
● Ability to test fast, learn fast, and iterate based on data.
● Feel at ease when communicating in English

● Working hour: From Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
