As a User Growth Specialist at GalaxyJoy, you will be at the heart of driving expansion for the SkyJoy loyalty platform. Your mission is to scale the ecosystem by acquiring new members, increasing engagement with the SkyPoint currency, and maximizing the lifetime value of users within the platform. You will blend data- driven experimentation with creative marketing to optimize the user journey from a passenger to a frequent loyalty program user.
SkyPoint Ecosystem Optimization: Drive "Earning" and "Redemption" activities. Create compelling campaigns that encourage users to accumulate SkyPoints and spend them on rewards (flight tickets, F&B, retail vouchers and others).
Platform Growth Strategy: Develop and execute multi- channel growth campaigns specifically designed to onboard users to the SkyJoy loyalty platform from diverse touchpoints (Vietjet flights, HDBanks, Vikki Digital Bank, partner channel).
Lifecycle Marketing & Retention: Design and manage automated lifecycle campaigns using Marketing Automation tools to reactivate dormant members and build long- term loyalty for the platform.
Data- Driven Insights: Monitor and report on platform health metrics. Translate complex data from internal BI dashboards into actionable growth experiments.
Other tasks assigned by the Head of Growth and Marketing.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey within the SkyJoy app to identify drop- off points. Implement A/B testing and growth hacks to improve conversion rates for registration and first- time rewards redemption.
Partner Marketing Integration: Collaborate with GalaxyJoy’s Business Development team to leverage partner ecosystems (Banking, Finance, Retail) for co- marketing and cross- platform user acquisition.

Education & Work Experience
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, preferably within Fintech, E- commerce, FMCG or Travel sectors.
Culture Fit: Proactive, creative, and capable of designing "low- cost, high- impact" experiments to achieve rapid scale in a dynamic environment.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis; ability to interpret user behavior and ROI to justify marketing spend.
BA/BS/Marketing degree (in lieu of degree, three years of relevant work experience)
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of app- based growth strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Hands- on experience with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Insider, MoEngage, Clevertap) and App Analytics tools (AppsFlyer, GA4).
Skills & Personal Attributes
