UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on mobile applications for our mobile development department. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast- paced environment, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of high- quality mobile apps. This role involves close collaboration with cross- functional teams—including product managers, developers, and team—to deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and impactful mobile experiences on a global scale, from user research and prototyping to final implementation and iteration.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product experiences.
Conduct user research, analyze user behaviors, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data.
Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices.
Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile apps, and other digital products.

Knowledge and Experience:

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and final designs.
Knowledge of responsive design, mobile- first approaches, and accessibility standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced team environment..
Solid understanding of user- centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design (typography, color theory, layout, etc.).
Experience with prototyping tools and conducting user testing.
At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI

Prefer if have:

Experience building or maintaining Design Systems.
Passion for solving complex user problems and creating delightful experiences.
Familiarity with front- end technologies (HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
Knowledge of user research methods and tools (e.g., surveys, interviews, analytics).

Signing bonus equivalent to one month&039;s salary for successful candidates joining in late 2025.
Daily lunch allowance: 35,000 VND/day.
