UX/UI Designer (Products Lab / Startup Studio)

OSR is a well- funded startup studio that runs experiments to validate ideas. We want to design and develop an innovation platform to be used in- house. It should help us do 3 things well:

Manage multiple ideas from 0 → 1, killing ideas faster and spin off successful projects into ventures. Unlock budget/ investment per stages.
Run experiments: submit prototypes, collect evidence, analyze insights. Step- by- step guide will be provided at every step.
Create an "game- like" incentive system that rewards studio employees with shares/stocks based on the experiments run, evidence and insights collected.

The main users are: Myself, my team of innovators, and you potentially.
What You&039;ll Do

Create modern, visually pleasing interfaces that people LOVE.
Build and maintain lean design systems across multiple products
Own the end- to- end design process from scratch: research, wireframes, UI, prototypes, handoff
Collaborate directly with founders and developers (no layers)
Run quick user tests and iterate based on real feedback
Use AI tools to generate options fast, then refine with taste

Requirements
Must have:

Strong understanding of the whole product development process
Portfolio showing both UX thinking and strong visual design
5+ years of product design experience across multiple industries
Currently using AI tools in your workflow for speed and efficiency
Figma expert (components, auto- layout, prototyping, design systems)

Nice to have:

Experience designing AI- powered or data- heavy applications
Lead designer of any app that had more than 10K monthly users
Motion design / micro- interactions / templates expert
Understand Customer Profile that includes Jobs- to- be- done, Pain Points & Gain Points
Can implement in Framer or Webflow
