Vendor Quality Improvement Specialist (Footwear) (26878) [Hcm]

- Audits & Assessments (40%) – Lead on- site/virtual audits, train vendors on quality standards, monitor KPIs, and report performance insights.
- Quality Monitoring & Evaluation (50%) – Act as the main contact for T2 quality issues, conduct inspections and audits, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
- Risk Management (10%) – Identify potential risks in vendor quality and implement preventive measures to ensure consistent supply and compliance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years in Quality Assurance or Vendor Management on Footware, preferably with Tier 2 suppliers in manufacturing or related industries.

• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills using QA tools (SPC, FMEA, PDCA).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
