Vice Director - Health & Aesthetics (Marketing Background)

This role is responsible for transforming business objectives into action plan for branding & marketing & customers&039; experience at point of sales
Branding & MKT Plan

Lead market & customers&039; insight into research, including e- commerce deployment
Budget allocated & optimize
Develop Brand & MKT plans from market segmentation to brand key vision & lead marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
Transform customers&039; insight into action plans utilizing latest technological advances to deploy on muti- media channels (website, Facebook, TikTok...)

Customer experience & trade activities

Lead trade activities in collaboration with sales team to transform channel intelligent into action plans that enhance customers&039; experience & revenue
Lead business development to explore potential business opportunities while enhancing current customer retention

Analyse, tracking & optimization

Analyze MKT & Trade investment & business outcome to optimize overtime
Analyze market research & business data to foresee market opportunities

Recruitment, Training & Team Development

Train and develop the team to enhance performance and capabilities.
Build an engaged, compliant, and collaborative team.

Reporting

Prepare and submit all required reports on time.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Marketing Head/ Senior Manager at cosmetics/ FMCG segment.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strategic planning and data- driven analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ International Business.
High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational and leadership

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00Saturday (morning): Online working session
