Video Content Creator

Produce engaging and creative video content highlighting products, display areas, and in- store marketing campaigns at electrical appliance retailers — to strengthen AQUA’s brand image and boost customer engagement in the Northern market:
- Manage the video library, track content performance metrics, and propose improvements.
- Create and adapt content formats suitable for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and internal communication channels.
- Support monthly campaign recaps, highlight videos, and internal sharing clips.
- Handle full post- production process: cutting, color grading, adding effects, subtitles, sound, and brand logo animation.
- Capture footage at supermarkets / electronics stores (e.g., GT, Media Mart, Pico, etc.) showcasing display setups, shopper experience, and brand presence.
- Work closely with the Retail Marketing team to ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging.
- Develop creative ideas, write scripts, film, and edit videos related to product introductions, in- store displays, promotions, and events.

Education background:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Media, or related fields.
Working experience:
- Experience shooting at in- store or event environments preferred.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, FMCG, or retail marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Video Production.
Skills:
- Strong teamwork, proactive communication, and time management.
- Ability to create short- form, trend- based content suitable for social media.
- Creative mindset with strong visual sense and storytelling ability.
- Skilled in filming and editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or similar).
- Good understanding of retail display, product visibility, and shopper behavior.
- Able to handle tight deadlines and multi- project workloads.
Others:
- Experience in retail channel marketing and display stand planning is an advantage.
- Willing to travel to stores / provinces for video shooting when needed.
