Video Editor

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor with a strong focus on mobile app advertising and promotional content for our mobile gaming and app marketing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast- paced environment, contributing to the creation, production, and optimization of high- quality video assets that drive user engagement and acquisitions. This role involves close collaboration with cross- functional teams—including marketing, product managers, designers, and developers—to deliver compelling, trend- aligned, and visually captivating videos across global platforms, from concept ideation and scripting to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for executing video advertising content across XTECH&039;s online channels (Play Store & App Store promos, Facebook, website, YouTube, and other platforms), covering the full process from ideation, scripting, design, to final production—ensuring the output aligns with the preferences and tastes of mobile app users and mobile gamers.
Perform tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Capable of conducting research, integrating current trends with the product, and creating engaging content that sparks user interest and drives clicks on advertisements.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan content strategies for these channels, ensuring consistency and comprehensive coverage across all platforms.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, or equivalent software.
Personality: Creative, eager to learn, proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, dynamic, open- minded, team- oriented, and self- motivated in work.
Must attach a portfolio; videos should demonstrate skills in motion graphics, basic transition effects (Cross Dissolve, Fade In/Out), music integration, etc.
Highly skilled in combining effects, syncing with music, using diverse fonts. Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and meticulous work approach are significant advantages.
Excellent communication skills, detail- oriented, strong teamwork ability, and capable of working under tight deadlines and pressure.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role (including at least 6 months in a full- time position).
Experience in editing trailers, 2D/in- game advertising videos, story- style videos for 2D/games or apps, design, scriptwriting/content creation, or knowledge of digital marketing is a strong advantage.
