Review and optimize edits based on performance data and feedback.
Stay updated on online trends, understand formats and styles that attract Vietnamese audiences, and monitor similar accounts to apply best practices.
Collaborate with KOLs, content creators, and the management team to turn scripts into professional, engaging, and highly shareable video content.
Support live streaming and other events when needed based on operational requirements.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video editing, especially for TikTok/YouTube/Facebook.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Must be able to edit and work using your own laptop to ensure performance and flexibility.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, adapt quickly to changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
