Videographer (Full-Time)

- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
- When not filming on location, take charge of in- house shooting and production at the company.
- Bring and operate your own filming equipment (camera, lenses, tripod, batteries, memory cards, lighting or audio tools if needed). Prepare all necessary gear before each shoot and ensure smooth setup and operation on site.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to brainstorm concepts, plan shot lists, and propose creative visuals that fit the storyline.
- Organize and back up footage/photos after each shoot; assist with basic post- editing when required (e.g., trimming, light/color adjustments).
- Maintain and take care of personal and company- provided equipment; keep the workspace clean and safe.
- Capture high- quality footage and photos with proper framing, lighting, and audio.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and KOLs to ensure on- time delivery of content.
- Visit assigned foreign KOLs’ residences to film and take photos according to the provided scripts and content directions.

- Responsible, detail- oriented, and able to work independently as well as in teams.
- Flexible with travel schedules and comfortable shooting in different environments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in filming, photography, or video production.
- Proficient in operating cameras, lenses, gimbals, and basic lighting setups.
- Good command of English (speaking and comprehension)
- Basic editing and color correction skills are a plus.
- Strong artistic sense for framing, lighting, and composition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional foreign languages (English, Spanish, Russian, Korean, Hindi, etc.and ) are a plus.
- Previous work experience with MCN agencies, media companies, or marketing teams.
- Strong advantage if familiar with finance, investment, or cryptocurrency.
