• Work jointly with marketing to match brands’ strategic objectives with customer/ market needs, analyze competitions and market landscape.
• Collaborate closely with channel team in developing the category- channel strategy, shopper promotion and POSM alignment.
• Understand dynamic market situation and adapt trade strategies and plans on regional basis.
• Identify trade spending opportunities and allocate budget based on category priority and business needs.
• Ensure brand volume and value growth in priority channels and customers.
• Own S&OP input- output, manage and drive business performance in short term and long term. Lead sales gap- closure activities and optimization.
• Manage holistic customer/ channel investment for category opportunities (shopper marketing, trade marketing, in- store).
• Synergize/translate brand strategic directions and category marketing plans to customer/channel opportunities.
