Vietnamese–English Interpreter & Translator

We are seeking a highly skilled

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with management, production teams, procurement, logistics, and external partners to ensure accurate and effective cross- language communication.
to support daily operations within our manufacturing environment. This role requires advanced interpretation capabilities, strong written translation skills, and familiarity with industrial and manufacturing terminology.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Support communication between foreign management and Vietnamese staff across departments
Ensure terminology consistency in technical and operational documentation
Provide real- time interpretation (Vietnamese ⇄ English) during meetings, factory discussions, supplier negotiations, and operational reviews
Translate technical documents, contracts, SOPs, production reports, purchase orders, and internal communications
Assist in interpreting manufacturing processes, production planning discussions, and quality control meetings

Strong written communication skills in both languages
Bachelor&039;s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational awareness
Advanced interpretation and translation skills (Vietnamese ⇄ English)
Ability to interpret complex operational discussions accurately and in real time
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing terminology (e.g., procurement, logistics, production planning, quality control, technical drawings, etc.)
