Main responsibility
Presence at pits at VIP Area and Mass Casino as required
In charge of the management of the VIP transportation reservation.
Meet & greet our casino patrons upon arrival and see off at departure.
Respond to services request from all VIP pits
Support daily services requirement for marketing team.
Assist in settlement process of CITOs.
ITO Support Responsibilities:
Casual ITO Duties
Arrange F&B services upon guest request.
Ensure program and pit closure before guest departure.
Open guest programs in the system.
Monitor and follow up on guest arrival manifests.
Communicate final bill settlements with the Cage and Table Games departments.
Coordinate bookings for rooms, transportation, and visa applications.
Notify Table Games to arrange chips and table setup.
Facilitate guest check- ins and departures.
Assist with Cage Department procedures for buy- ins, withdrawals, and deposits.
Issue guest membership cards.
Collaborate with the Cage Department on wire transfers for guest play.
Ensure all bills (rooms, F&B, transportation) are settled prior to guest checkout.
Fixed ITO Duties:
Coordinate temporary badge and pass card issuance for ITO staff.
Follow up on golf- related billing and ensure settlement of outstanding charges.
Create and issue Fortune membership cards.
Update and maintain guest manifests.
Support with documentation and paperwork when needed.
Assist with bookings (e.g., hotel rooms, golf tee times).
Open and manage guest programs.
VIP Transportation – Casino Limousine Management:
Liaise directly with designated drivers to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth operations.
Oversee and manage the Casino luxury Limousine booking schedules for all VIPs including checking availability and confirming reservations.
Ensure efficient and optimal use of both Casino Limousine vehicles.
Compile and submit weekly & monthly usage reports to Casino Marketing management.
Collaborate with drivers to maintain vehicle presentation and amenities (e.g., bottled water, mints, air fresheners).

Must demonstrate leadership skills
Able to speak other languages is prefered (Chinese/Korean).
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
Must present a well groomed appearance.
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests whilst looking for service opportunities.
