VIP User Operation
Job description:
Build & develop VIP user group to improve platform VIP users&039; retention rate in which requires candidate to have data analysis skills, strategic planning skill, communication & event management skill
Coordinate with other functional gameplay department to proactively update event launch for VIP user, implementing pre- communication of big events to guarantee event effectiveness and funtional gameplay progress smoothly
In liaison between product team & VIP user to deliver core requirement of VIP user for optimization.
Maintain relationship with VIP users to boost VIP retention rate & maximize consumption of VIP user throughout welfare policy.
Job Requirements:
Vietnamese native speaker, English/Chinese can be used as working language.
Experience in platform operation & customer service in the overseas entertainment industry (game live streaming industry is a plus), and experience in sales/partnership position is preferred;
Patient, detail- oriented, dedicated, strong communication skill;
Have a good sense of self- drive, result- oriented, passionate and devoted at work;

配合功能玩法与活动上线节奏,精准对大R进行宣发,重要活动进行前置沟通,保证功能玩法和活动效果(宣发)
主动与大R沟通交流,通过日常沟通、福利政策维系现有大R持续消费,降低大R流失风险(留存)
通过数据监测与经验分析,端内外识别潜在大R用户,制定外站土豪挖掘、站内拉新、促活、流失召回以及提升留存策略,主动建联沟通促进大R群体扩大(拉新)
沟通与总结大R侧核心需求,主动与产品沟通,推动需求实现(反馈)
职位要求:
有良好的自驱意识,结果导向,能对工作全情投入;
有海外泛娱乐行业(直播社交游戏)大客户运营服务经验优先,有销售岗位大客户服务经验优先;
耐心细心、富有同理心,很强的沟通能力和说服能力,能为客户提供很好的情绪价值;
越南语优先,英文/中文可作为工作语言
