VIP User Relations

Job Description:
Be willing to travel and participate in client entertainment outside of office hours when required
Represent the company in direct meetings and receptions with VIP clients
Attend social gatherings, networking events, and private functions to expand relationships
Build & develop VIP user group to improve platform VIP users&039; retention rate in which requires candidate to have data analysis skills, strategic planning skill, communication & event management skill
Job Requirements:
Patient, detail- oriented, dedicated, strong communication skill;
Vietnamese native speaker, English/Chinese can be used as working language.
Have a good sense of self- drive, result- oriented, passionate and devoted at work;
Experience in platform operation & customer service in the overseas entertainment industry (game live streaming industry is a plus), and experience in sales/partnership position is preferred;
