Waiter/ Waitress

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and beverage recommendations
Maintain a clean and organised dining area at all times
Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
Ability to memorise menu items and daily specials
Previous experience as a waiter/ess in a high volume luxury hotel or resort environment
Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Familiarity with Vietnamese cuisine and culture (preferred)
