Waitress/Waiter (Nhân viên phục vụ)

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and service- oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our vibrant team at The Gypsy Da Nang. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

Answer guest questions regarding the menu and make recommendations.
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all guest requests are met.
Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Assist with table setting and resetting.
Follow all restaurant policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Provide accurate and timely information to the kitchen regarding orders.
Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff.

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
Experience in a fast- paced restaurant environment is preferred, but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Fluent in English.
A friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
Strong customer service and problem- solving skills.
