Warehouse Accountant

Prepare weekly reports: Create weekly import–export–inventory reports to support warehouse operation monitoring and evaluation.
Handle arising issues: Coordinate with relevant departments to promptly resolve shortages, damages, or quantity discrepancies.
Perform periodic reconciliation: Reconcile system data with actual warehouse stock to ensure accuracy and promptly correct any errors.
Update warehouse data: Enter data related to goods received – issued – on- hand into the software or management system, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
Review warehouse import/export documents: Check the validity of documents (including invoices, goods receipt notes, goods issue notes, etc.) and make adjustments if any discrepancies are found.
Monitor inventory conditions: Oversee warehouse storage conditions to ensure goods are kept clean, safe, and properly arranged.
Prepare reports: If required by the company, prepare daily inventory fluctuation reports.
Conduct periodic stock checks: Perform physical inventory counts to ensure quantities match accounting records.
Reconcile payables and prepare payment requests.
Go to the bank and handle banking transactions when required.
Manage documents: Organize and store warehouse accounting documents in accordance with regulations.

Have basic knowledge of warehouse accounting, import- export- inventory process
Preference will be given to candidates with 1- 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Accountant or Warehouse Staff position
More than 1 year experience in Accounting, Finance, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields
At least a college degree
Proficient in office software, especially Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot are an advantage)
Communicate fluently in English
