Warehouse Manager

Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse team, ensuring clear responsibilities and accountability.
Set up and improve warehouse systems, layouts, and processes for efficiency and risk reduction.
Proactively identify risks, solve problems quickly, and plan material needs.
Plan and monitor inventory, control stock levels, minimize losses, and support continuous production.
Coordinate with production, QC, and procurement to ensure materials are ready and meet quality standards.
Report to the Operation Director and suggest improvements.
Manage all warehouse activities for materials, chemicals, and wood, ensuring accuracy, safety, and availability.
Be proactive, energetic, and hands- on in supporting the team.
Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with standards for chemicals and hazardous materials.

Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in a production plant ≥500 employees, covering materials to finished goods.
Strong leadership and cross- department collaboration skills.
Experience in warehouse setup, layout design, and process improvement.
Good English communication is a plus.
University degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field.
