Daily tasks:
Reminding safety rules and working regulations to avoid accidents.
Meeting and make report to solve daily issues.
Analyzing the pending status of SEHC DA products and providing feedback to the client.
Checking attendance status and working performance to adopt on KPI.
Arranging/cleaning shipping area and log areas to keep a clean environment.
Meeting to solve battery problem, inventory, pending, CY closing time, container reject, urgent container problem…
Checking requirement of the customer, make OT plan, prepare manpower, operate OT without waste, and ensure to obey the labour law and the Conduct Code of RBA.
Making precaution when you discover a potential trouble spot.
Checking the plan and capacity to prepare for loading cargo.
Weekly tasks:
Having meetings with the management team at the shipping dock to discuss problems to be solved.
Giving a target to each part based on the weekly production plan;
Monthly tasks:
Building EHS policies and procedures to ensure RBA;
Checking EHS compliance as defined by policies and procedures, setting up a corrective action plan if not yet met, and monitoring improvements.
Having a meeting with the management team to discuss improvement way.
Planning team building projects;
Quarterly tasks:
Checking the updated business plan of SEHC.
Yearly tasks:
Checking the capacity of the warehouse and inspecting assets and properties;
Evaluating the KPI of staff at the shipping dock.
Working with Auditors of SEHC on obeying the EHS policies and procedures to ensure they follow RBA;
Occasionally tasks:
Explaining the improved process/new operation to the employee.
Meeting with customers as a representative of the company.
Checking the accident report and apply on KPI.
Evaluating probation time for new staff, extending labor contract for staff at the shipping dock.
Handling all problems at the shipping dock.
Other tasks
To carry out other tasks that are suitable to his professional skills under BOM’s assignment.
