Warehouse Manager (Material Warehouse)

- Proactively develop knowledge and professional skills related to warehouse operations and management to maintain the operation and coordination of work at the enterprise&039;s warehouse in the most convenient and effective way
- Manage and coordinate the import and export of raw materials, ensuring that production progress is met
- Other tasks as assigned by Director.
- Manage the import/export of raw materials into ERP software and accounting software
- Coordinate the preparation and completion of warehouse receipts/deliveries as required
- Manage the retention of documents and records to confirm the appropriate inventory quantity according to regulations
- Manage and coordinate staffs in department in accordance with the requirements and workload at each time
- Monitor and report the quantity of goods imported and exported from the warehouse, inventory the quantity of goods, if there is a difference, investigate the cause
- Make a training plan, orient, supervise and assign work to warehouse staff
- Organize, monitor and ensure that goods in warehouse are well preserved in terms of type, quantity and quality
- Implement and ensure principles of labor safety and fire prevention and fighting according to regulations
- Advise, propose ideas, initiatives and provide professional opinions to business leaders on issues related to warehouse operations, goods transportation, warehouse storage, goods protection, etc…

- Basic English communication
- MS. Office, Accounting software, ERP
- 05 years or more of experience in a similar position, priority given to experience in raw material warehouse management; barcode
- Skills in managing, organizing, arranging goods and scientific work
- Local person is preferable.
- Bachelor degree or higher in supply chain, warehousing, logistics
- Knowledge of warehouse accounting
