Warehouse Supervisor

Support Document staff to update data on system
Receive report, evaluate and instruct warehouse staff to handle abnormal goods within their discretion
Propose countermeasures to prevent the incidents
Arrange the warehouse facilities and tools for daily operation; Daily Control vehicles, facilities, working tools .
Investigate the root causes and report to superior
Control quality Service and safety
Urge the progress of the work and adjust in time to achieve the plan
Make detail inbound/ outbound plan;
Supervise layout, arrange cargo according to the layout
Control reporting and updating data on the system
Manage and handle damaged goods, incidents and losses case
Make plan and conduct for weekly, monthly inventory, Data processing and report to superior
Allocate and supervise the implementation of daily tasks of warehouse staff and workers, forklift drivers.
Control warehouse cost
Control the data of inbound/ outbound of Document staff
Propose the improvement of the process that is being implemented according to the criteria of safety, efficiency and cost reduction

Education: Graduated from University/College
Skills: Good communicated in English, Good at using MS Office
Experience: At least 3 years at same position; Has working experience in warehouse in logistics field is advantage
