Warehouse Supervisor

Working schedule: 8:00- 17:00 on Monday- Friday & 08:00- 12:00 on Saturday.
Notes: No shuttle bus to transport from other provinces to the company (Hai Phong province)
Working location: Jingdong 2 Warehouse, Lot CN16- 01, Nam Dinh Vu Non‑Tariff Zone and Industrial Park (Zone 1), Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam
RESSPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate daily operations and resources to ensure plans are executed effectively.
Support new projects by setting up processes and standardizing procedures.
Review non- conformities and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain and update training materials and conduct regular training for operators.
Supervise staff and provide necessary training to ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
Oversee operator/DC staff performance to ensure adherence to standards.
Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, and productivity to meet customer and internal KPIs.
Propose and implement improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
Update work instructions and processes per customer or operational requirements.
Achieve customer KPIs, departmental KPIs, and support business targets.
Handle and resolve issues related to physical operations and system transactions.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:

Experience: 2- 3 years of experience in warehouse operations (bonded WH is one plus).
Location: prefer candidate who lives in Hai Phong or candidate willing to relocate to near the warehouses.
Education: from college in related field.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experienced in working with warehouse operating systems such as WMS, TMS, etc.
Flexible, team- oriented, and able to communicate across all levels.
