Warehouse Supervisor (Electronic)

Role PurposeOversee all warehouse operations in Vietnam, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost- efficient handling of inbound/outbound shipments, storage, and distribution of electronic components and finished goods. Work closely with 3PL partners and internal teams to support production and customer delivery while complying with regulations and company policies.Key Responsibilities• Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatch.• Ensure accuracy of transactions and inventory through stock counts and cycle counts.• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, import/export processes, and transportation.• Supervise and develop warehouse staff; ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and SOPs.• Optimize storage space, inventory flow, and delivery performance.• Investigate non- conformance and implement corrective actions.• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Leadership skills with ability to coach and manage a warehouse team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and customs compliance.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
• 5+ years’ warehouse/logistics experience (electronics or manufacturing preferred).
