Water Park Manager

As Water Park Manager, we rely on you to:
• Oversee all water park safety protocols and daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Lead emergency response situations with swift, effective decision- making and crisis management
• Take full accountability for all aspects of water park performance and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate seamlessly with maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to optimize operations
• Conduct comprehensive safety training programs and maintain clear, consistent team communication
• Ensure strict staff compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience as a Watersports Manager or Recreation Manager, successfully managing multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrates complete ownership and accountability for waterpark operations and outcomes
• Holds current certifications in lifeguarding, water safety, and first aid/CPR (strongly preferred)
• Brings a minimum of 2–3 years of management experience, preferably in water parks or amusement facilities within luxury hotels/resorts
• Has excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional foreign language skills are highly valued
• Excels in interpersonal communication, guest service, and effective problem- solving
