General requirements
Main responsibilities: to be discussed in the interview
- Experience in organizing internal activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a 5- star hotel or resort
