Wecamp Training Program (Open for Female Talents)

Ready to break into tech?
We’re inviting female students and career switchers to join our 10- week part- time training program, starting 9 March 2026. Gain hands- on experience, learn from industry experts, and build the skills you need to launch a successful career in technology.
We will provide you with:
- Fundamental skills of Software Engineer (Java/ Javascript) through practical and hands- on training
- Career opportunity for high- performing participants to join StarCamp, a 3- month accelerated pathway to a career with NAB Vietnam, including a monthly allowance
- Comprehensive training in coding, soft skills, and English to prepare you for an entry- level tech role
- Certificate of Completion

This is a free program as part of NAB&039;s commitment to helping reduce the gender gap in the IT Industry and empowering more women to thrive in tech. You don&039;t have to pay for anything but will have to commit to joining the entire program and spend time learning and improving your skills.
