Wellness Manager

Partner with other departments, such as HR and Safety, to ensure that wellness programs align with company policies and procedures.
Plan and coordinate wellness events, workshops, and training sessions to educate employees on various health and wellness topics.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and identify areas for improvement.
Track and report on key metrics related to the success of wellness programs, including employee participation rates and program impact on health outcomes.
Stay up- to- date with the latest industry trends and best practices in wellness, and make recommendations for incorporating new initiatives into the company&039;s programs.
Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives that support the physical, mental, and emotional well- being of employees.

Experience in public speaking or conducting training sessions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and evaluating wellness programs.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in wellness and health promotion.
Creativity in developing innovative wellness programs.
Previous experience in a wellness or health promotion role.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on program outcomes.
Knowledge of health- related regulations and compliance issues.
Professional certifications in wellness, health promotion, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in wellness program development and management.
Bachelor&039;s degree in health science, wellness management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of wellness and health promotion principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in data analysis and program evaluation.
