General Management of Warehouse Activities:

Inventory and Operations Management:

Handle topics related to claim solving management
Reconciling inventory on the system and the reality must be maximum as requirement
The order completion rate in the month must be 99% or more.
Combine with the data department to ensure inventory accuracy

Manpower

Supervise and motivate personnel to coordinate with other departments to complete tasks.
Build up, recruit and train manpower for warehouses

SOP management

Build up the operations SOP for new project/items inside Warehouses
Supervise and motivate personnel to coordinate with other departments to complete tasks.

Productivity Management

Review the overall activities under the warehouse and come up with programs to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize risks.
Assign, collaborate and motivate team members for good solutions, increased productivity, savings and creativity through appropriate SOP setup & actual WH Operations
Investigate operating conditions, personnel, facilities and analyze data source to ensure productivity

Claim Handling and Saving cost

- Monitor the storage of goods without damaged or mistake and limit any claim issue
- Manage costs including costs related to operations, personnel, ancillary costs, and propose optimal and economical solutions.
- Supervising and managing LSP companies at the management level to achieve goals with savings in operating costs such as Equipment’s, OS workers, Consumable….

Other tasks:

- Bear responsibility for inventory and cycle count accuracy at all times.
- Provide accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities.
- Report to KAM / Group Leaders
- 5S, HSE management

At least 5- year experience in logistics warehouse operation, including 3 years in warehouse management for Food stuffs (Frozen and Chilled), and distribution warehouse are preferred.
College or University graduate
Excellent problem solving skill
Excellent MS Office skills
Able to work under high pressure
Strong leadership skill
