YouTube Gaming Video Editor (Full-Time, On-Site)

● Highlight key moments and guide viewers through a narrative arc
● Troubleshoot VR movement sync issues (Meta Quest 3 experience is a plus)
● (Bonus) Add pop- culture references that fit naturally
● Cut fast, cut smart, and tell a clean story
● Use copyright- free tracks to enhance energy & pacing
● Sync VO + gameplay smoothly and balance all audio layers
● Color- correct, polish, and add creative sound design
● Pull the best clips from 20–30 minutes of raw VR gameplay
● Add meme edits, zooms, subtitles, sfx — keep retention HIGH

● English fluency for communication
● A portfolio that proves your timing, humor, and storytelling
● Someone who loves collaborating with a team and growing fast
● Ability to deliver a full 3- minute edit within 24 hours
● Mastery of your preferred editing software (Final Cut Pro is a bonus — we’ll teach you)
● Strong experience in video editing (gaming preferred)
