Has a very strong head of academic team. TA is also extremely commitment. Curriculum is awesome, has covered various topic
we need to do that without any complaints. It is very good

1. Freedom to accomplish your tasks.
2. Flexible working hours. Can do remote if you want.
3. You are judged based on the result, not the hours.
4. Understanding, and friendly boss.
5. Freedom to raise your voice.
6. Ability to learn techs, of course. We are coderschool. ;)
You should not expect that you are paid OT here. This is a startup life. You will feel miserable if you want work-life balance.
