- Some managers don't know how to manage projects & people
- No or very limited overtime bonus
- As above, overtime is a must, nearly 1 week every month
- No training program, sometimes no career path (even thought CEO, HR keep talking about this) unless you create one yourself
- After working here, you barely be confident of yourself in the market
- No experts that can give you a big picture: What/How customer really use out product, what is the potential issues, what upper system looks like, etc.
- No RnD, like "if it's not broke, don't fix"; sometimes this is not a good idea
Should clean off bad managers, don't promote people just because they have worked for many years. Real career path & training please.
