I like this job very much. Any artist would enjoy doing art and be proud of the creations. Although this passion is abused and killed very soon.

The superior don't (know how to) answer questions and help clear confusion for the tasks to be done smoothly. Instead they would give obvious, so-so kind of answer to make it look like they're working. Also threaten and bully artists to make up for the lack of guidance and hide from their responsibilities. My day off was approved, but right before the day, I get threaten, which is unnecessary and annoying. Then they make useless comments like "I really care about you" just to gaslighting. Also the unpaid OT, that's as old as the earth already. I put up with them because I'm sucked, and I still like the work, although many great artists quitted them already. Guess my credibility goes down, huh? By the way, I've stayed late enough to have heard managers taking crap behind workers' back, which should not happen anywhere.
Nothing to measure it. How it is requested is oh so enraging.
