Market Knowledge
All HR1 Consultants bring with them recruitment and/or industry expertise in the areas from the sector in which they operate. They will understand the dynamics of sourcing the right candidate and will be in a position to quickly grasp and properly consult with clients on the skills needed to fill any position, which may arise. Their market knowledge enables them to quickly become knowledge workers in their respective sectors and be effective resourcing partners for their clients.
Training
Each HR1 Consultant receives at least 30 days professional training per annum, leading to the industry’s only examination program (CSAM). HR1’s training is acknowledged to be the best and most comprehensive in the industry, ranging from basic ethical standards through to full competency based interviewing, project management training and psychometrics.
Methodology
The HR1 methodology has evolved over a 10-year period since the inception of HR1, and is standardised across the company. This methodology involves a 24-step process to ensure that you receive a shortlist of qualified individuals matched to both to the technical and cultural aspects of the position in the shortest possible time. The methodology is described in more detail below but generally a shortlist of 3-5 people can be provided by the end of the third to fifth week after the signing of terms of business.
