The CEO is awesome, his vision is great and he's dare to implement the system to test the vision, not every step is a success, but I can feel that after every step we are approaching the ultimate goal.

You hardly find anywhere like this place, where manager always gives his employee the power in every job (and it means trust, you can feel how much your boss trust you), and as the result, you devote your energy and time to accomplish your job. You are the one who tells the company what needs to be done to grow, the boss gives you tools to do it :).

Your skill and mindset will grow tremendously, trust me.
Only the first few weeks will be pretty busy to get acquainted with the job. Other times, boss doesn't encourage employee to OT

This place is not suitable for anyone who prefers stability :)

The CEO has great leadership, orientation, and vision. He understands what his employees want and gives them opportunities to try and develop themselves. He gives the motivations and inspirations at the right times.
The working environment is dynamic and comfortable. Everybody has equal rights to give opinions. Even if some opinions are immature, no one underestimates them. MarNETers- X3Englishers are very humble and kind.
Employees are provided with "state-of-the-art" working equipment (the world’s top marketing courses, 'super powerful' computers, licensed software, etc.) to work effectively.
Effectiveness is the 1st priority. OT is not recommended. If needed, OT times are fully charged.

The electricity system in the office is not quite good.
