- Very good corporate culture: regular internal sharing seminar, books presentations by individuals, non-work related training like boxing classes & photography classes...
- Friendly managers.
- Good welfare: free lunches & parking fees.

Khuyết điểm

- More training on professionalism would be good.
- Nepotism leads to incompetent individuals holding managerial roles.
- You are doing very good, but please make sure that only capable people are in managerial roles. When I was there my incompetent manager with very low people skills had made quite a lot of talented staff leave the company.
