Very cool company with many smart and enthusiasm employees. They are very young, eager to learn and conquer challenges. They have very clear policies regarding compensation and personal growth which allows you to do the best thing you can at the company.

Khuyết điểm

Sometimes the compensation might not be satisfied, especially when you compare with foreign companies in Vietnam.
Some upper managers lack of business domain, the employee using strategic is not good enough, to be clear, they should not hire too much collaborator for important position like software engineer or system engineer, should pay more for hiring staff with high education.
