- Enter new employee information into the SAP system to ensure sufficient information, review all employee information on the system.
-Update all employee information changes on the SAP system such as change of work location, salary adjustment, transfer three - party between Vincom Retail and other P&Ls.

- Keep track all procedure implemented for Ms Nga.
- Work with directors, managers,staffs to track the assigned work from the HR department to timely progress.
- Be secretary of evaluation, appointments and disciplines meetings to make meeting minutes to send related parties.
- Report the work of the HR department
- Keep a human resources hotline to assist in resolving employee complaints.
