Main responsibilities:
Operation Management
- Handle and review junior’s staff’s work in translating, editing and formatting technical documents and correspondences from English into Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Provide interpretation for meetings and workshops as needed and upon request.
- Organize and coordinate workshops and conferences.
- Mange general administrative tasks (consolidate and getting permission for monthly technical assistance visits, prepare logistics for travels: site visit permission asking, booking hotel, air ticket and car service; to sort, screen and distribute incoming mail, pouch, fax and process outgoing mail, fax, pouch, to maintain an effective office filing system…) as back up for the Administrative team as needed.
Human Resources Management
- Planning and execution for recruitment, training, develop the human resource monthly
- Build up a career development program, promotion for staff with GM
- Planning Hr to serve better for the business and suitable with strategy of the company given
- Advertise jobs internally and externally. Prepare related procurement including purchase orders, collect charge codes and signatures, and submit invoices to Accounting.
- Work directly with GM and Chief Talent Officer to build up the Hr policy, procedure for company
- Play the role as advisor to General Manager in office operation management
- Manage, control documents and training to staff about health insurance from Aon. Update in/out staffs every months and inform to Insurance
- Organize and contribute culture for company as: communication workshop, team building, sport activities...
- Manage all administrative matters to drive smooth Hr deliveries to business (ex: salary review, promotion, exit interview...) in compliance with Hr and company policies

- Under supervision and as delegated by General Manager, conduct and manage the recruitment activities for staff positions and consultant work: Scan CVs for first round of interview.Handle logistical arrangements for candidate interviews, prepare interview schedules, interview questions and necessary tests, and train non-HRM staff in schedule preparation as necessary.Produce standard correspondence in response to inquiries and job applicants. Arrange travel and process candidates travel expense forms when necessary.
- Researching, drafting and approving regulations applied in the company, developing the organizational structure of the company - parts and organization of implementation. To propose the organizational structure and the executive apparatus of the Company. Establish a system of regulations, procedures and regulations for the Company and supervise the compliance of these rules.
Product Marketing Management

Main responsibilities:
-Detailed planning of marketing programs for the system agent / showroom (Advertising, public relations, organize event to promote products, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research, lead the event as MC)
- Implement marketing programs. Manage website, execute digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, send email, proposal, research potential customers and built up good relationship with customers.
- Direct work with the agency and the agency in matters related to marketing
- Implementation of programs / events (fairs, exhibitions, workshops ..)
- Purchasing and Warehouse Management Promotion
- Procedures regulating import and export goods warehouse forever serve marketing programs.
- Mange accounts in terms of other processing, follow up and push up sales teams

Main responsibilities:
- Generate sales revenue at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area
- Meets/exceeds sales established sales goals
- Follows laid out sales and service processes to establish contact with prospective customers, understands needs and sells them appropriate products offered by the bank
- Maintains updated knowledge of company products and processes and is able to offer a high quality sales experience..
- Report daily/weekly/monthly customer acquisition target
- Attracting new-to-bank qualified customers in consistence with the Banks business strategy
- Ensure required level of service for incoming customers, to consult customers on credit and banking products.
- To ask for referrals and recommendations from existing customers on new customers and cross sell credit and banking products to eligible customers.
