Recruitment • In charge of recruitment process: job postings, interview arrangement, preliminary interview, etc.
• Manage social recruitment channels: websites, facebook ads, fanpage, group; …etc.
• Establish and maintain the HR Database, ensuring that the database is kept up to date, accurate and complies with all relevant legislation.

• Manage PIT & dependant
• All compulsory insurance issues relating to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance
• Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment related to HR issue.
• Responsible for all documents relating to HR: offer letter, commitment, labor contract, contract renewal, performance appraisal...
• Assisting in creating and updating policies.
• Updating and maintaining HR files and databases, employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
• In charge of company event/party: birthday, welcome, farewell, team building, YEP, holiday, etc.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT:
• Support head office from the first steps: location, rental, set up equipment, monthly operation’s budget.
• Budget management: uniform, stationery, working equipment, food & beverage, medical,.etc.
• Business trip arrangement: hotel, car, tickets, allowance, etc.
