 HR MANAGER March 2017 - Present

Company size over 500 employees - Responsible for the entire chain of operations in Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi. in running mood. 
Based on the business strategy of the company to build up the company's value chain, human resources strategy in each quarter, month, year.

1. Build up and deploy system:
- Set up, executive and manage company’s HR system.
- Build up organizational chart, HR policies and procedures, company regulations, salary scale;
 - Set-up, guide and control the staff performance assessment program (KPIs).
- Based on the business strategy of the company to build up the company's value chain, human resources strategy in each quarter, month, year.
- Human Resource Budgeting (labor cost, working time ...)
- Build up JD and functions of the department 
 2. Make a recruitment plan:
 - Planning recruitment, human resources development periodically
- Determine the demand for recruitment according to the production or business plan in each period or project according to the process
- Budget recruitment budget
3. Training and development HR:
- Develop policies and regulations on training progame
- Build up new employee orientation training
- Evaluation and analysis of personnel quality
- Evaluate and analyze training needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training quality and report the results
- Orientation for development of staff developmentbuild and deploy the system
4. Managing the C & B department
  - Ensuring good policies on compensation and insurance in accordance with the laws and regulations of the company.
 - Evaluate the effectiveness of work
-  Carrying out periodical evaluation on quality and efficiency of work
- Responsible for supervising other department and individuals to seriously implement internal regulations, procedures, regulations, procedures and guidelines of the company.
- Check payroll monthly and ensure the payroll process in accordance with the timeline.
- Preparation personnel planning for annual budgets;

5.Labor relations

• In charge and calculate of monthly payroll (salary, allowance, deduction, adjustment, overtime, unpaid leave, movement, resignation, promote … on Cadena Software) with over 500 employees
.• Manage Time Attendant system • Preparing labor for all staff of permanent and seasonal contract.
• Providing monthly report to internal department: staff expend, PIT, labor report and for head quarter management purpose related to staff’s compensation and benefit.
• In charge of update or upgrade total rewards schemes (e.g. company salary structure, employee benefits…) based on Mercer range and company’s strategies.
• Manage employees’ data update in HR software (Cadena system) and act as project leader for any improvement of HR software
• Follow up HR policies and guidelines relating in C&B , building HR database, setting up management reports, headcount report, attrition rate report, compare and analyst total company cost due to last month to ensure they are prepared timely and accurately.
• Standardize payroll procedure and mange C&B administration in compliance with local labor law & regulation.
• Develop HR policies, employee benefit programs and Company’s events to form and strengthen the organization’s cultures and environment.
• In charge of internal recruitment activities as per request of company and headcount control.• Handle questions/issues from employees related to C&B policies/payment
.• Provide and set up HR system (including: Company Policy, Code of Conduct, HR process, Recruitment process, Training process)
• Trains HR team members for soft skill, HR Skill and update new Labor Law.
• Arrange Code of Conduct training to new employee to make they understand company’s policy.
• Build up salary Structures .

 *Compensation & Benefits Management:
.* Prepare and control yearly HR budget.
* Design, implement and manage the Company's compensation and benefit as well as employee relations programs/policies/procedures and activities for the whole Company.
 * Build and maintain relationship with the authorities.-
 * Manage C&B operation team to ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll 
 * Manage monthly compensation data for yearly tax finalization and monthly/quarterly reconciliation with Finance and local authorities 
 *Manage employees’ data update in HR software and act as project leader for any improvement of HR software 
 * Manage C&B and relevant reports to Director: headcount report, attrition rate report, compare and analyse total company cost due to last month to ensure they are prepared timely and accurately.

* Handle questions/issues from employees related to C&B policies/payment.
