- Determine indicators and assess after every training program
- Supervise and assess trainee’s performance after every training program
* Performance assessment
- Analyze, assess appropriateness of assigning key performance indicators (KPI) of department and individual as well
- Decide, announce and advice assessment methods for whole company
- Co-operate building up competences for every position in the Company
- Organize, supervise, and advise assessment process depending on performance
* Compensation and benefits
- Prepare annual HR budget
- Organize, implement, control and assess executing policy and propose right regulations
- Research and compose regulations, policies, and process of Company and supervise performance as well
* Administration
- Manage and propose expense plan
- Choose reliable suppliers and purchase computers, equipments...for the office exactly and timely
