* Key roles:
- Manpower Management:
+ Daily check all staff attendance and make attendance record & calculate monthly salary of all staff working in warehouse.
+ Arrange & manage warehouse manpower to make sure of manpower's stability in each working shift and make daily & monthly performance evaluation to give suggestions relating to promotion, contract termination and incentives for all staff to Kukdong board of management.
+ Solve problems relating to Insurance and other administrative schedules for all staff in warehouse.
+ Translate for Korean managers in meetings with warehouse staff or Clients.
- Electronics Finished Goods Management:
+ Check production plan of finished goods to have a thorough grasp of models & quantity of finished goods, CY closing time in order to make stuffing & loading plan and set priorities to load finished goods into containers, especially urgent containers to meet KPI, cut-off time of containers and a tidy warehouse.
+ Inventory management: Closely work with other departments of Client (IQC, PQC, OQC, IBI, SCM, QA) to have a thorough understanding of production status & finished goods location and also these departments' working plan relating to finished goods to make sure of having enough cargoes for delivery to customers.
+ Co-operate with CY team to push containers for loading as soon as possible with the priorities for urgent containers.
+Prepare documents relating to loading & unloading result & inventory management to claim fees from Client.
- Equipment Management:
+ Check status of all equipment used in warehouse (Scan devices - Forklifts & Batteries - Company phone - Container air bags).
+ Request to buy new equipment for warehouse if necessary
* Skills & Achievements:
- As always co-oporating with various departments with a lot of different people, I remain team-working spirit and build up not only internal communication but also external communication.
- In warehouse environment with most of staff who are workers, there is the large gap between labours and board of management, I contribute a more friendly environment at the most efficient manpower with the fewer barriers.
- In a professionally challenging working environment with high pressure, multitasking and high discipline, I have a lot of motivation to improve myself. I contribute into the balanced status of warehouse and give timely solutions/ suggestions to managers by keeping updating inventory status/ pending status/ production status/ stuffing and loading status with the most important working purpose is to manage the best inventory status for Client .
