Main responsibilities:
Telesales:
- Handle outbound call to new registered member, introduce to them about the website/ Products/ Promotions and assist in case have any queries.
- Do a call to existing member who is disconnected for long time, find out the reason that cause they temporarily stop and record down feedback, in order to give the good assist and special promotion as well.
- Daily send SMS / internal messages to group member who just log in after sign up but don’t join yet, push them contact to discovery/deposit and place bet
- Do a weekly report base on my own data to leader , make sure all data is fully and correctly
- Do personal weekly plan base on weekly data, then send to leader to let them know what the tasks are in current week and what will handle in the next.
- Handle some offered task from superiors.
Affiliate (Aff):
- Assist existing Aff members any issues relate to their own acct, commission and collect all the feed backs/suggestion via call phone/ chatting apps.
- Research potential customers who wanna join affiliate system by surfing on these website/ forum that have concern relate to website products (sports, casino, Slot, Lottery etc.). Acting and chatting with them as a member in there, introduce and push them join with our website. Comment and collect more contact info to connect then offline hunting via SMS/email, etc.
- Building up a website, landing pages to attract more gambling member come to join and then convert them become Aff customers as well.
- Base on personally relationship to looking for more customer
- Verification the commission cut off listed before release it out
