2017
Serve as an online and offline marketing staff, with responsibility for making yearly marketing plan for the company.
• Making online marketing plan for the whole year to run the product fan page smoothly. Balancing the approved budget and attractive activities to pull more attention from target and potential customers.
• Cooperating with the second party to create games, corners for the fan page and managing the effectiveness of these activities.
• Organizing some competition for the target and potential customers to broaden the brand of products to more and more customers.
The result: Maintaining the daily and monthly interactive from customers, updating frequently a lot of useful feedbacks for improving product quality, also promotion campaigns or customer services.
• Running online advertisements on fan page and some digital marketing channels to improve the Corporation Identify Program.
• Cooperating with Sale manger and staff to make offline marketing plan, including the schedule for launching new products, running promotion at distributors, dealers and shops…

2016
Serve as liaison between departments, between company and Educational offices, primary schools in Hanoi some provinces in the North, between company and other suppliers; and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems. Major Accomplishment:
• Making travel arrangements for senior-level executive, resulting in comfortable and on time meetings in Hanoi and other provinces.
• Preparing and implementing funding events for Educational offices and primary schools in these places. (Gifts, questions, team buildings...)
• Planning the contents for the Primary Project implemented (included working plans, KPIs and Estimated Expense reports and Targets…) during the year before they are approved by the Manager Board. Achieved 120% target in the end of 2015, with the total sale amount about 500.000.000 VND.
• Connecting more than 200 customers for the company in the first quarter of 2016 by activities as giving samples for customers. Expected sale result in the first half of year is 150.000.000 VND.
