+ Distributors and consumer targeted marketing efforts, including CRM, loyalty programs, sampling and promotions
+Strategies to leverage global, best practice, brand selling/retailing programs, brand experiences and physical presence
+Supporting brand awareness and favorability through comprehensive spokesperson, sponsorship and expert speaker initiatives & programs
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategy for Community Based Program (which is a targeted solution including product bundling, promo, events and distributor biz supporting tools, community experience) including 01 sub-brand of Nutrilite: Bodykey weight management program & 01 durable brand: Amway Queen Cookware.
Recognition and Gains:
- Nutritite brand awareness gains more than 4 times (from 12% to 59%), highest penetration among all categories.
- Nutrilite contributed 60% to the company's sales revenue and increased 10% versus 2017 target.
- Bodykey launched successfully in Vietnam as the 1st choice based for weight management program & community based program platform for Marketing. Above target 5%
- Amway Queen Cookware successfuly launched in Vietnam as the 1st durable product of Amway. Achieve $1.5m sales revenue in 5 months of launching, above target 30%.
