AIM, who has been 25 years old expert in building material in Vietnam. AIM is trusted to be distributor /representative by more than 50 global manufacturers all over the world. The company specializes in supplying the huge range of building materials including ceiling, flooring (vinyl, carpet, raised floor..) roofing, waterproofing, syphonic drainage system, epoxy flooring, sanitary equipment, office furniture, partition and chemical for laundry/ food hygiene...
I am responsible for expanding market share, increasing sales volume by servicingexisting customers and seeking more potential customers. Coordinate with cross-functional divisionsand suppliers to ensure delivery products smoothly & on schedule. This includes monitoring, reportingabout customers, competitors, market activities as well as managing sales enquiries, sales quotationand receivables. I am strong relationship with owner (Novaland, Capitaland, Kepple land, Phu My Hung..., architect (TwoG, GSA group, M&H, Kume, ICIC...), main contractor (Hoa Binh, Coteccons, Unicons, CSCEC, Phuan Viet,...)
+ Manage customers, suppliers & partners relationship
a) Seeking new customers monthly including owner, designers, architect and construction companies indicated place and timing with the objective to achieve the sales target
b) Identify key clients’ status and suppliers’ complaints, and bottlenecks.
c) Proactive provide solutions to improve more excellent performance.
d) Manage successful big projects and control installation workers with no complain fromcustomers or partners.
+ Follow up and develop the sales process including sales quotation and receivablesindependently or under guideline from Division Manager.
a) Prospecting, costing, negotiating and drafting sales contracts. Identify the key issuesneeding resolution and define the underlying problems
b) Ensure the follow-up and update on every single quote-out to clients with clearexecution plan.
c) Cooperate strongly with cross-functional divisions to achieve significant objectives,especially with Accountant and Logistic Divisions to ensure collect receivables as wellas deliver products accurately and timely.

a) Identify the current status and proactively outlined plan for the specific objectives.
b) Assure master product knowledge is updated by market research or competitors’market share / growth analysis
c) Work through Division Manager for calendar–based monthly or quarterly training plan.
