1. Recruitment
• Make recruitment plan in many channels: internal, external.
• Get request from Line Manager about recruitment demand, discuss and create job description as requirement with variety field as commercial site and manufacturing site.
• Establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; co-ordinate and counseling managers on candidate selection to meet business objectives.
• Set up, develop and improve a variety of tools and strategies to widen talent pool and network through different channels.
• Managing budget, contact and negotiate with different suppliers to optimize recruitment procedures.
• Set up and maintain recruitment framework for Rich to find the “right person” that will be the representative of the company to deliver excellence internally and externally.
• Negotiate contract details such as benefit package, joining date with candidates to finalize offer letters.
2. Staff Engagement & Company Culture Development
• Build up strong company culture: young, dynamic, ethical, confident individuals.
• Set up, purchase, dealing with suppliers and manage logistics; engage and allocate staff in organizing for different company culture activities and events: teambuilding, charity, company trip, gala dinner to strengthen teamwork.
3. Training
• Understand individual’s values and career orientation to optimize personnelresource
• Conduct orientation training for newcomers: company policy, AC system (SAP), email system, company culture.
• Identify, analyze, counsel and review training needs for different departments to meet objectives. Ensure that staff have competency and knowledge to deliver exquisite standards of services internally and externally.
4. HR operation
• Drafting, finalizing and recording contracts, decisions and other official documents needed for HR Operations.
• Conducting and analyzing exit procedures and exit interviews (if needed).
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• In charge of attendance record, direct disciplinary procedures.
• Manage staff procedure, welcome new joiners and monitor all required documents.
• Issue and archive contracts, decision on salary, position.
• Support the resignation procedures, exit checklist, probation & contract renewal
• Update changes monthly to Accounting to finalize salary payment, insurance and income tax according to company policy.
• Update other benefits of staff: uniform allowance, health care etc.
• Update and manage Payroll and Associate Center System (SAP)
5. Employee relation and Benefits
• Support required paperwork for compensation and benefit
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your Line Manager
