I. RECRUITMENT (95%):
ACHIEVING 113% OF KPIS (HAVE RECRUITED 26% (859/3300) PEOPLE OF YEARLY NEEDS) AIMING TO 915/3300 PEOPLE OF YEARLY NEEDS (BY INCREASING THE SALES & OPERATIONS TEAM)
A. Function:
- Responsible for implementing and managing recruitment process in South West area of Vietnam where local branches located (26 branches) and 39 HO departments.
- Strategic Development of talents acquisition yearly.
- Doing research, organizing the programs effectively and professionalizing the recruitment of the team.
- Manage a small recruitment team (with 4 young & talented people) including monitoring service level execution while maximizing productivity and efficiencies.
- Develop and manage the plans, budget and recruitment annually or periodically for all the banks.
- Prepare and implement a plan for interview.
- Join the executive board of recruitment to find qualified new staffs.
- Building and developing the recruiting department.
- Lead both individual and team meetings.
B. Mission: 
- Developing and extending the brand of Sacombank Employer Branding: 
(A) To build and develop the relations of strategic cooperation with Corporate - University relationships: promoting the signing of a comprehensive partnership agreement and implementing of training programs, vocational guidance for students at the school.
(B) Exploit partnerships with Corporate-University relationship.
- Constructing and developing the brand of Sacombank internally.
- Implementing the HR newsletter periodically.
- Running the projects and programs which aim at promoting and developing the recruiting brand of Sacombank: 
(A) Building and deploying the Thuc Tap Vien Tiem Nang Sacombank (the management trainee program) periodically.
(B) Building and deploying the Sacombank Summer Semester (the management trainee) programs periodically.
(C) Coordinating with the relevant businesses and affiliating the program "Scholarships Sacombank" annually.
(D) Collecting information, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of programs, offering innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of the program.
- Analysis of results of recruitment, how effectiveness they are, and propose the approriate solutions to improve the quality of recruitment as well as to meet the needs of each units.- Doing research and offering the interview methods which are appropriated to Sacombank feature and recruitment trend.
- Developing and updating the recruitment exams.
- Conducting training activities, guiding interview skills, and interviewing for each positions.
- Constructing, renovating and improving the business processes within the functions of each positions.
- Joining the process of conducting interview in many appropriate cases.
- Joining the executive board of HR.
- Join the training program of innovation oriented HR recruitment.
II. TRAINING (5%)
